
黄佳星,男,汉族,1994年出生,湖南汨罗人,工学博士,主要从事超高层建筑风效应研究、结构健康监测研究、基于人工智能的数据重构与预测研究。共发表学术论文6篇,其中以第1作者发表SCI检索论文5篇。作为技术负责人完成海南省科技馆、意大利维龙珠海保税区华南总部、济南黄河体育馆和游泳馆等项目的风洞试验及抗风性能分析。
